50 years since the language petition was given in it makes me think about the next 50 years (2072) and where our language will be . My hopes BY THEN the love of our language has spread across aotearoa - and accepted and used in in every possible space - tekau ma rima - acknowledges the people that came before us who's love for our language changed a nation . I am a product of this change and will endeavour to continue their work through various creative kaupapa.
