Refund policy
HORI RETURNS POLICY
Please keep any return requests to within 30 days of receiving your item, and provide your 4 Digit order number or packing slip when making a request.
Your returned item must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it.
(Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards)

Damages and issues :
Aroha mai, sometimes mistakes do happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if you feel the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong thing, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Refunds :
In the situation that a refund is the only option, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether the refund was approved.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, however If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at orders@thehori.co.nz.
