One of our very first tohu. The flags represent 2 / people 2 worlds - both Māori and Pākehā being here together. The guns represent the battles and blood that has been shed between both of our cultures, and the joining of the 2 through Te Tiriti O Waitangi, bringing both worlds and peoples together.
